I just brought my car into Wes to replace my FOB as he was recommended by the VW dealership because he would be less expensive. He had to use all my spare keys to program them with the new fob, but one of the keys was zip tied to my car so Wes had to take it off. When I came in to pay and pick up my car, that spare key was not returned with the rest of the keys. Wes wasn't there so I figured I'd just call him in the morning. When I got to my car, I realized he had actually replaced the spare key with a brand new set up zip ties! Even better, Wes also addressed my air bag light without me mentioning it and didn't even charge me. Thanks so much, Wes!

On a road trip from Seattle to Indiana our Jetta started having transmission problems over lookout pass... We started calling places in Missoula to see if anyone could look at the car that day and on our 3rd place, Wes said he would figure out how to make time to at least hook up to the computer to run a diagnostic (and we called him on the recommendation of the local VW dealer who was too busy to help that day). The news was not good... The transmission was done, but I really appreciate the honesty and advice Wes provided in giving us our options and the costs (probably not worth the fix) and the extra time he gave to us even though he had a backlog of work too. And after all that, he wouldn't even accept payment for the time/diagnostic - which was super nice and appreciated when dealing with such a huge blow while trying to get my son and his car across country and back to college!

I brought my 2003 Chevy Aveo in to have some diagnostic work done. Wes was very professional and diagnosed the issue with my vehicle quickly. He gave me several options to repair the issue.
